Creating a company (getting a name)

Registering a name takes 24h in most countries. But in Portugal they have obscure name restrictions. My lawyer has submitted the name registration twice and it’s been denied both times, and now I have to file it in some kind of civil court. The only option, which other people also recommend, is taking a name from a pre-defined list. However, the names are in the likes of “Purple Coral Forest Corporation” or something other non sensical. It should be easy to get any name that’s available and legal.
