Denied public healthcare after 6 years paying taxes.

My girlfriend is Ukranian (I'm Portuguese), she is in Portugal for 7 years now.

She is a liberal professional, pays taxes and social security, even had a family doctor here.

With me mess with SEF and AIMA she has a expired visa (keeps working and paying taxes).

Went for her usual public clinic receives the notification that she doesn't have a family doctor anymore.

Asks if its possible to be seen by another doctor, gets in response that she is ilegal here and has no right to use public healthcare.

Calls me in tears, we go for a private hospital to get a appointment.

Keeps paying taxes and cant get an appointment to get her visa renewed.
