DHL Portugal says stay home, your package will arrive today, tracking link says it'll arrive in 3 days, meanwhile it's already delivered at a DHL shop in the center of town ???

DHL emails me 4 hours ago, package will arrive today, so stay home, we stay home:

I click the tracking link, it says yeah it'll arrive in 3 days

Meanwhile they never came to our house to deliver the package, and it’s ALREADY delivered somewhere else, at a DHL shop in the center of town.

Basic delivery doesn’t work here, we’re always home and DHL delivery drivers in Portugal don’t want to work, so they just deliver their entire day’s shipment to a DHL shop, so you have to go pick it up when you paid for shipping TO YOUR HOUSE.
