Drive 2 hours to submit driver license (IMT) biometrics in Setubal, arrive and IMT system is down in entire Portugal

Came to Setubal for driver’s license biometrics, drove for 2 hours, left at 7:30 AM to be able to get a ticket.

I got here and the IMT SYSTEM IS DOWN IN ENTIRE PORTUGAL, nobody knows when it will be back
