Impossible to install a swimming pool

At the beginning of April, I contacted Leroy Merlin to install remake our swimming pool, installing a new one home.

I went to the store, talked to them and after looking a different pool models, they told me a technician needs to come to the house to inspect the area and what not. Fine. I paid 30 eur for the technician to come and do his thing at that moment. Leroy Merlin told me they couldn’t tell me exactly how fast the technician would come, but it would take around a week.

Theoretically, the technician was supposed to call me to schedule a time.

It’s the end of May, and I still haven’t received a call from the technician.

I even received a call after 3 weeks from Leroy Merlin asking for feedback about how the swimming pool installation had gone, LOL.

Already talked to Leroy Merlin like 4 times asking them to send the damn technician, and they tell me they are gonna contact them to urge them to call me and what not, but nothing happens. They do have my phone number, and it is correct.

I am ready to pay 20k eur on that thing and it’s just so difficult to get it done! It’s so hard to pay people in Portugal, as if they don’t want your money. It explains why things are the way the are in the country.
