Never got CT scan results because of missing identity number (NIF)

Didn’t require a national identity number (NIF) to take a CT scan of my head, but when I wanted to the results it was impossible to retrieve them without a NIF. Tried contacting the hospital about 10 times to get results but was told I need a NIF. Did a chargeback through my bank and got everything refunded. Unnecessary radiation
