No respect for property of others

It seems that everything is being taken for granted - even the property of others. People are shrugging it off when they damage a car or a building. “Yeah it’s not mine so I don’t have to care”.

This goes for all things, from dog poop, to damaging walls while parking or just throwing garbage in some garden.

Often you also see shopping carts not being returned. And if you listen to the accent its often (elderly) portugese people who do this.
Sometimes those carts crash into parked cars - but whatever. “If no one saw this, then its not my problem” seems to be the status quo.

I wonder, if they are so careless when their property is damaged aswell.
