Opening a company is harder than making sales

Tried to go to a local office to open a new company, but the people in charge were out.
The same was true for all other available offices within a 30 km radius.
Tried calling a few offices whose public phone numbers are not working.
When I finally found an office with someone available, they forced me to schedule an hour 1 week later (they were not busy).
All of this was because I tried to open online first, but nothing was working or seamless. Yikes :-)
