Ordered a bouquet of roses, this arrived

So for my girlfriend I ordered this bouqet of roses

First the order got cancelled for no reason (after I scheduled it for the morning the day before)

So I ordered it again, then this arrived:

5 old roses in a bouquet of ugly leaves???

The product pic had 12 beautiful pink/red roses

What a joke? 😂😂😂
