Portugal people love to complain, but dare doing so if you're a foreigner...

F28, Portuguese. A few hours ago, posted something here about a personal issue. A portuguese person decided to “attack me” in the comments for no freaking reason, just randomly assuming things about my life completely out of nowhere. That’s it, this is also an issue. Portuguese people love to complain, but if they assume you’re a foreigner complaining about something (especially tax, unemployment benefits, or bureaucracy related), they’ll immediately start insulting you and will not respect your opinion. It’s clear Portugal has issues, but dare pointing certain things out if you’re a foreigner! This is also why this country won’t go far. The people who point things out and want to improve stuff get called out for doing so :)
