Return TV, schedule date, they come 2 days early, then they never arrive on the scheduled date to pickup the TV

I return LG 77" TV on Amazon 2 weeks ago

Amazon says Celeritas a Portugal shipping company will call me for return schedule, they never call me (I check)

I contact Amazon yesterday, they schedule 17th January for pickup (in 2 days)

Today other guys come to pick up the TV, not Celeritas, but Tamdis, of course TV is not packaged yet, so we can’t give it

Dates are a flexible concept in Portugal!
