Robbed and needed to do 4 different police office to at the end be sent home

Robbed in my house in Lisbon, by the window. Call the police they told me to go to the office station. Go to the first one, they don’t speak english, hurry go to the second one, almost midday, about to close and the place changed because of renovation with a printed map in black and white to find the next one.

Finally end to the tourist police office, wait two hours, to have an officer say after 1mn, you can go home we are going to send some policeman at your place to see.

Had to go to a last one to validate the police report without issue.

(I don’t blame them but of course they didn’t do anything. Was insured at least.)

TLDR: Opposite instruction when going to the police station, they don’t speak english, not well indicated on maps
