Sell glass panels on OLX with precise measurements they arrive and it doesn't fit in their car

We removed some glass panels from our bathroom and put them on OLX (like Portuguese eBay)

The listing contains the exact measurements of the panels (we measured them obviously) and we sent those again when they buy it

They then come pick up the glass at 5pm. They arrive with their tiny car and of course the glass never ever fits in there, you could eye ball it, but they still try, and of course it doesn’t fit. They look confused.

This makes makes me wonder does anyone in Portugal know the concept of a ruler. Because this isn’t the first time this happens.
