The absolute derelict state of cars here

I’ve never been to a country where people maintain their cars so bad as in Portugal.

It’s like people have no pride for how their stuff looks to other people?

Why not go to the garage to fix this? Or even just a car wash? If you can’t afford that, put a garden hose of water on it and some soap?
