What’s up with Ubers lately?

Why are drivers constantly accepting rides only to cancel a few minutes later? Or even worse—accepting, making you wait, then driving in the opposite direction while refusing to cancel so you’re stuck either paying a fee or wasting your time?

It’s been happening nonstop lately. Is it just me or has Uber completely gone off the rails? 🙄
