Why do they park in front of your car and block you in!

I live in front of Pingo Doce.

Every day, people just park across other parked cars and block them in.

People return to their trapped cars and lean on the horn in frustration.

Sometimes license plates are called out over the intercom inside to get people to move their cars.

Of course, no one comes running.

They just take their time.

Happy to block someone in for 10 minutes.

When they come out, they don’t even really apologize.

Just shrug.

The complete lack of consideration blows my mind.

They could just park down the street or one street over—but no, they’d rather waste someone’s time.

Only in Portugal!
