Please kindly sign ! For the unchaining of dogs (and, sometimes, they have cats in chains too!)

I am not normally a person that publishes such things, but, as many of us know, there are dogs living their entire lives on a chain in Portugal.

This is horrendous animal cruelty at the worst level, and also contributes to never ending barking at the slightest simulation.

Please help and sign the public petition brought on by civilised people, which do exist in Portugal.

They need 12000 signees till the end of the month of June, of which only a thousand or so still to go.
