Portugual has the worst customer service on planet earth.

I order everything on Amazon Spain. Once or twice a year I try a Portuguese retailer and I’m reminded why I never, ever spend money with Portuguese stores.

  1. Order a new TV and pay extra for ‘24-48 hour delivery’

  2. Three days later ask, ‘Where is my TV’

  3. ‘Your order is processing’.

No explanation or apology.

They just state the obvious fact — ‘Yes, we haven’t posted it. Fuck you.’
